These Terms govern your use of aromameta.com and any purchase you make. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by AROMASTYLIST LLC, trading as AromaMeta, registered at 344 Barbara Drive Northwest, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, United States.
AromaMeta is a brand owned and operated by AROMASTYLIST LLC, which is also the manufacturer of all AromaMeta products and the seller of record for all orders. "We," "us," and "our" refer to AROMASTYLIST LLC. "You" refers to the site visitor or customer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site.
3. Products and availability
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline an order at our discretion.
We work to display colors and packaging accurately, but your screen may render them differently. Scent perception varies between individuals, so product descriptions are guidance, not a warranty.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm you're authorized to use that method.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.
5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund you in full.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Product use and safety
AromaMeta products are cosmetic fragrances for external use on skin only.
• Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
• Keep away from heat, flame, and direct sunlight — fragrance is flammable.
• Patch-test if you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies.
• Review the ingredient list on each product page before use.
Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. We are not liable for adverse reactions arising from failure to follow these precautions, or from a known allergy to a disclosed ingredient.
8. Product claims
AromaMeta products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site, including references to Adaptiva Fragrance Technology™, describe how a fragrance is designed to smell and wear. Individual results vary.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, product names, the AromaMeta name and logo, and Adaptiva Fragrance Technology™ — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission.
AromaMeta and Adaptiva Fragrance Technology™ are trademarks of AROMASTYLIST LLC. All other trademarks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, to interfere with its operation, or to use automated systems to scrape it without permission.
11. Third-party links
We may link to third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. If you find a link to unlawful content, tell us and we'll remove it.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this site or any product purchased is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
Please raise complaints with us first at aromameta.com/pages/contact. Most things are faster to fix directly.
16. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
