Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery
Once your parcel leaves us, it is in the carrier's hands. Delivery time depends on the carrier's service and your location, so we don't guarantee a delivery date — your tracking link will show the most current estimate.
If we can't ship on time
If we can't dispatch your order within 1–2 business days, we'll email you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we can't reach you or you'd rather not wait, we'll cancel and refund automatically.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $50 or more: free shipping.
- Orders under $50: a flat $5.
Your shipping total is shown at checkout before you pay.
How fragrance ships
Perfume is alcohol-based and classified as a limited-quantity hazardous material for transport. This is standard across the fragrance industry, and it means fragrance travels by ground rather than by air.
Some remote destinations and certain PO boxes can't be served. If yours is one of them, we'll contact you before charging your order.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking
Tracking activates once the carrier scans your parcel, which can take up to 24 hours after you receive the email. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, contact us.
Lost or missing parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 7 business days of the delivery scan. We'll open a carrier investigation.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address at checkout. We can amend an address before dispatch — contact us immediately. Once shipped, we can't reroute a parcel, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address are refunded less shipping costs.
